Overview

Navy Operational Support Center Baltimore’s (NOSCB’s) mission is to train and maintain the qualifications of Navy Reservists preparing for deployment and provide administrative support for reserve units. The Center also provides training support for midshipmen of the United States Naval Academy (USNA). As the senior naval presence in Baltimore, NOSCB routinely serves as host for foreign and US Navy visits. The bulk of the tenant command training must be accomplished off-site as there is not enough room to perform these duties at NOSCB. During the summer, NOSCB supports the USNA with Damage Control Trainer (DCT) training of the plebes and midshipmen.
