Dina Klavon, RLA, ASLA
President and Principal

Dina founded Klavon Design Associates, Inc. in 1996. She is responsible for all aspects of the business, including business development, client relationships, financial accountability, staff management, and daily office management. For over 39 years, she has helped transform public spaces across the county with beautiful and innovative landscape architecture. She has worked on projects at all scales, ranging from intimate gathering spaces to large-scale master plans. She is an advocate for equitable design and sustainability to improve our communities’ social and economic well-being. Currently, Dina is a board member for PA State Landscape Architecture.

Rachelle Wolf, LEED AP Senior Project ManagerRachelle’s experience includes many areas of landscape architecture including master planning, site planning, and urban design with an emphasis on sustainable design and project management. Rachelle’s years of experience include design, site layout, grading and drainage, site details, planting plans, specifications, cost estimating, and construction administration. Rachelle is also responsible for LEED® integration and documentation for all projects within the firm. Rachelle has served as Western Section Chairperson of the Pennsylvania-Delaware Chapter of ASLA and as Communications Chair at the state level.

Ben Mayer, RLA, ASLA, LEED Green Associate
Landscape Architect

Ben’s project experience includes transportation, housing, higher education, urban design, senior living, and parks. Ben is involved at all stages of the design process from conceptual and schematic design to construction documentation. Ben is a registered landscape architect in the state of Maryland. He is technically proficient in AutoCAD, Microstation, SketchUp, Rhinoceros, ArcGIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Eva LaGard, ASLA, LEED Green Associate
Landscape Designer

Eva has collaborated on a wide range of projects from detailed site design to large-scale master planning projects. As a recent college graduate she brings a fresh perspective to the Klavon Team. Her technical experience includes design, site layout, grading, site details, and planting plans. She brings knowledge, integrity, and innovation to the design of urban spaces, focusing on improving communities and urban ecosystems by implementing resilient plant systems, minimizing carbon footprints, introducing green infrastructure techniques, and promoting accessibility. Eva has advanced skills in digital design media and is technically proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Procreate, ArcGIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
