Overview

Klavon worked with Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) on an Army Family Housing Strategic Master Plan to provide quality housing for Senior Officers and Enlisted personnel at JBMHH for the Forts Myer and McNair family housing areas. Tasks included developing Family Housing ADPs for both the Fort Myer-Henderson Hall District and the Fort McNair District, Performed facility condition assessments for 87 historical family housing units, revising floor plans for 87 historic family housing units, developing a course of action and comparative analysis, facilitating planning charrettes, preparing DD Form 1391 documentation, and performing a programmatic environmental assessment.
