Overview

The Alumni Hall project was a result of Klavon Design’s recommendations in their Landscape Master Plan for the University of Pittsburgh. Klavon Design recommended improving the curb appeal of several buildings along Forbes Avenue, the major roadway through campus. Alumni Hall was at the top of this list due to its historic and programmatic significance. The proposed design featured a landscape that coordinated with the historic structure, providing natural beauty without detracting from the architecture.
