Overview

Klavon designed sustainable stormwater management and a landscape plan on ALCOSAN’s campus, which included the use of gray water from the building to feed two water features. Rain gardens with drought-tolerant plants, perforated curbs, and pervious pavement in the parking lot manage all of the stormwater on-site, treating it naturally before it seeps back into the environment. The project is anticipated to earn LEED Silver Certification.
